The Programme aims to construct spatial data of carrying capacity of water, land resources and population. Based on the integration of human and nature presented by spatial data, a comprehensive simulation platform concerning regional unit, human, and environment is formed. In the end, Institutional construction and solution specific to comprehensive management is explored based on the carrying capacity of water, land resource and population in Zhejiang.
