Based on the field work in relevant sectors, districts, blocks and communities, the study combs materials concerning demographic information. I also evaluates different database about demographic information, assessment of purposes and degree of advance. Finally, based on the problem-oriented approaches, the study designs the potential SPADIS with the function of demographic information so as to optimize the framework.
