In light of basic requirements in the standardized of Township power, the research examines and refines the experience, merit and difficulties in the operation in case of Qianqing. The following problems in the process are also analyzed and construed: the examination and refinement of experience in the standardized of Township power of Qianqing, the hard nuts to crack and the key to them in the development of Qianqing in the practice of scientific development, the forward-looking plan and responsive proposals to the standardized of Township power. The research is designed to solve such core problems as how to distribute power and how to normalize the use of power.
