This Programme studies the development strategies and measures for supporting persons with disabilities in Zhejiang Province. The task includes the submission of the development plan outline for the disabled in Zhejiang Province, the development plan implementing recommendations for the disabled in Zhejiang Province, the budget schemes and risk assessment reports for the cause of the disabled in Zhejiang Province, etc.
