The Programme takes the concept of scientific development, with application of mathematical methods and techniques of demographic, in-depth analysis, to reveal Huzhou’s future population size, structure, quality and distribution trends on the basis of considering Huzhou’s characteristics of population and family planning law and its influencing factors. Combined with the "Eleventh Five-Year" plan and the vision of full realization of a well-off socio-economic development level, the study had a research on inter-related pattern between population and social and economic development in Huzhou City.
