This Programme aims at analysis of the demand for old-age security in rural areas and its ability to meet the demand, the old-age security demand of rural family planning households and non-family planning households of Huzhou City. Through analyzing the main pillars and structure of the rural old-age security and comparing the pension pillar between family planning households and non-family planning households, the study is to make a judgment on the trend of its future old-age security ability.
