Such theories as non-traditional security, crisis management, public governance are used inter-disciplinarily to comprehensively evaluate the process of crisis management, policy implementation, and the effectual result in the research. The organizational framework of crisis management and its operation is explored within such sectors as Public Security in Zhejiang Province. While presenting the current situation of crisis management in Zhejiang Province, the research is designed to assess and reflect the managerial system and the lessons drawn from the practices so as to put forward feasible proposals regarding sustainable development and systematic construction of crisis management in Zhejiang Province.
