XUE Lan (薛澜)

XUE Lan is Professor, PhD Supervisor, and Dean of the College of Public Administration, Tsinghua University. He was a visiting professor of Carnegie Mellon University, USA; Executive Dean of Development and Research Institute of 21st Century; Research fellow of IC2 Institute, Austin Branch School, Texas State University, and an Academic Expert at the Centre for the NTS-PD, Zhejiang University.
