Dr. CHEN Kai is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Non-Traditional Security and Peaceful Development Studies, Zhejiang University. Dr. CHEN was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University (2009-2011).
